Premises and seating capacity
- The air-conditioned hall can seat up to 200 people, suitable for weddings, receptions, exhibitions, conferences, and special events. Elegant, comfortable rooms, with historic fireplaces framing conversation corners, all ensure that this historical property will leave you with unforgettable memories.
- Outside, there is a large garden surrounding the Villa with a panoramic swimming pool offering a picturesque view over the estate, ideal for buffets, cake-cutting events, and taking photographs.
- Opening out from the living rooms and hall is a large terrace furnished with sofas and tables which can host American bars, live music, and outdoor lounges.
- It is also possible to stay overnight on the upper floor of the Villa, where there are 5 double rooms, each with its own bathroom. On all occasions, the structure can accommodate up to 50 people.
- On the first floor, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a very large living area with sofas and an ornamental fireplace, the ideal setting for conversations or for organising an aperitif if your event needs to be held entirely inside.

- The villa is offered exclusively to couples who choose it as the setting for their weddings, with the possibility of opting for lunch or dinner, or for lunch that can be extended into dinner for an additional hourly charge.

- If you instead prefer to choose an external caterer, you will still be able to use the Villa’s large, well-equipped kitchens etc., which allow professional chefs to work comfortably and efficiently.
- Due to being situated on the Fattoria l’Arco estate, the Villa boasts a high-quality wine production, which means you can combine the dishes and menus proposed with wines produced on the estate itself.
