The Villa is on two floors covering a total of 450 square metres. On the ground floor there are two large living rooms with fireplace and billiard table.

On the first floor an imposing, historic fireplace frames a large living room opening onto a dining room, a spacious kitchen and five double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (one with both shower and bathtub).

The Villa’s private swimming pool with its dominating view over the estate is surrounded by a garden and a panoramic terrace equipped with all amenities for relaxing and dining al fresco, immersed in the exquisite beauty offered by this territory.

From the swimming pool, located in a panoramic position, you can admire the historic vineyards and olive groves on the property.
